Mat Pilates W Apparatus
Mat pilates combines all ranges of spinal movements and builds core strength, balance and suppleness. Each class will be different, using a variety of apparatus. All necessary equipment is provided.
Please wear comfortable, fitted exercise clothing, bring a small towel and a pair of clean socks.
In our Studio sessions every client will have their own individual Pilates program. This will be designed based on information provided in an initial consultation.
A personalised program with specific exercises will be regularly modified to support the clients goals – fitness, injury management, rehabilitation or specific medical conditions. You will develop a deeper understanding and awareness of your body and the Pilates method.
During these sessions, The Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel and other apparatus will be used.
Studio Pilates session times are not listed on our schedule and booked via email.
All new clients are required to have a 60 minute initial consultation prior to starting Studio Pilates – Private, Duet or Trio sessions.
This consultation will review your health, any injuries and your movement patterns. Gathering this information helps us develop a Pilates program tailored to your needs.
